My name is Karington Hess; I am a professional in the Hobby Game industry.

Karington Hess (They/them) is an industry veteran with a passion for storytelling. They have spent countless hours weaving tales behind the GM’s screen. In 2020, they founded Open Heart Games, where they run RPGs for online clients and raise money for their local children’s hospital. Their current role is the Narrative Lead for an upcoming sourcebook for The Cosmere® RPG. They have worked with several well-known companies in the gaming industry including: AAW Games, Brotherwise Games, Edge Studio, Magpie Games, Roll & Play Press, Smirk & Dagger Games, and Van Ryder Games. In their free time they enjoy writing, gaming of nearly any kind, and hiking.
