I wrote Chapter 4: The King and Their Kingdom - codifying and establishing new lore for Hastur, The King in Yellow, and Carcosa. I also wrote the adventure in Chapter 5: The Krewe in Yellow about a cult infiltrating New Orleans during Mardi Gras. A scene from the adventure is depicted on the cover!
A collection of monsters, lore, & mysteries for Arkham Horror RPG
This supplement features Mandy Thompson’s collaborations with nine other famous investigators such as Silas Marsh, Trish Scarbrough, and “Ashcan” Pete as they research over 50 eldritch horrors, both infamous and hitherto unknown. A wilderness adventure where the heroes must race across frozen terrain to plant a sacred seed within a fallen star before its divine magic fades. Time, terrain, and ruthless rivals stand between hope and a land left to freeze.
Mini-Dungeon for 4-6 characters of levels 11-12
Traveling through an ancient forest, the party begins noticing odd illusory phenomena, including motes of light, fluttering translucent butterflies, the sound of children laughing, and more. It also grows progressively darker as the adventurers journey on, despite it being the middle of the day. Finally, they stumble upon a shadow fey clique close to finishing a summoning ritual.
Mini-Dungeon for 3-4 characters of levels 3-4
A professor friend has told the party that an upcoming eclipse heralds a living darkness.
When the eclipse occurs a day early, and the professor has gone missing, the party seeks their friend before it’s too late.
